The Investor’s Guide to Closed-End Funds
User Agreement

Your use of “The Investor’s Guide to Closed-End Funds” (“The Report”) published by Thomas J. Herzfeld Advisors, Inc. (“The Firm”) and its entire contents, including, but not limited to the data, information, materials, software, and graphics contained or provided is subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement (“Agreement”). By taking a subscription, you acknowledge that, as it relates to the use of The Report, you have: (1) read and understood this agreement and; (2) agree that you are bound by all its terms and conditions.

Definition of Subscription Levels

Professional Subscription	Use by financial service professionals and institutions. Professional Subscription Level allows access for 1 to 5 users within or affiliated with an organization and includes access to the Archives of past issues (October, 2002 to present). For access for additional users, please call for pricing.
Personal Subscription	Use by individual investors only (not available to anyone in or affiliated with the financial services industry or members of their immediate family). Allows access to 12 issues.
Trial Personal Subscription	Allows access to 2 issues. Trial Personal Subscriptions are intended to allow the individual to evaluate the service. Each individual is limited to one trial subscription.

ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THIS USER AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE BY THOMAS J. HERZFELD ADVISORS, INC.

Use of The Report

Use of The Report as granted by The Firm to subscribers is revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive. Usage is granted for your own personal, non-commercial use only, and is not intended for any other use or on behalf of any third party. You may NOT modify, copy, distribute, disclose, retransmit, sell, publish, lend, broadcast or circulate The Report under any circumstances without prior consent from The Firm. The Firm has the right, at any time without notice, to: (1) change or discontinue providing The Report or any portion thereof, (2) revoke or limit your license to receive or view The Report. If you require the ability to share The Report or its contents within your firm or with clients, an institutional rate will apply. Please contact The Firm for information.

Institutions and financial professionals are not eligible for personal subscription rates.

Non-Transferability

You agree not to distribute or share your subscription with any other person or third party, not to distribute The Report in any fashion whether it be through digital or printed means including, but not limited to, transmission through fax, scan or email. In addition, if the subscription is taken for your work within an institution, you further agree not to share The Report with others either inside or outside of your firm. Ownership and Copyright

You acknowledge and agree that the information contained within The Report is owned by The Firm and is protected by U.S. and international copyright as it relates to intellectual and property laws. You may print a personal copy of The Report for your own use but under no circumstances may it be photocopied, transmitted, or scanned for the purpose of transmission in violation of this agreement. Copying of this publication is a violation of the Federal Copyright Law (17 USC 101 et seq.). Violators may be subject to criminal penalties as well as liability for substantial monetary damages, including statutory damages of up to $100,000 per infringement related costs and attorney’s fees.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provision or rule (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than that of the State of Florida.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Report is provided “As Is” with all faults. The Firm does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the report. The Firm shall not be held responsible for investment decisions, damages, or any losses whatsoever resulting from the use of The Report.

Limitation of Liability

The Firm shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from, or relating to, The Report.
